- Portal accounts are set up for clients as part of an engagement.
- If you are a client and cannot sign in, write to your Shardhan office or info@shardhanconsultants.com.
- Shardhan will never ask for your password by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What the portal does
Compliance calendar
Due dates by law and state for each establishment, with status.
Records vault
Registrations, challans, returns and registers stored per client.
Audit trail
Who changed, uploaded or approved what, and when.
Payroll
Monthly payroll with PF, ESI, PT, LWF and salary TDS.
Payslips
Wage slips for every employee, issued on or before pay day.
Full & Final
Exit settlements, including gratuity, computed and tracked.
Client approval portal
Clients review and approve payroll, filings and documents before submission.
