2. Content Review Policy
2.1 Who is responsible. Each page has a content owner in the relevant service team. The Web content manager role coordinates reviews, and a partner approves changes to legal and statutory pages.
2.2 How often we review.
| Content type | Review frequency |
|---|---|
| Service pages, About, team and contact details | Quarterly, and whenever the facts change |
| Compliance calendars, due dates, rates and thresholds | On every change in the law, rule, notification or due-date extension, and at least quarterly |
| Articles, explainers and FAQs | Quarterly check for accuracy; each carries a "last reviewed" date |
| Legal pages (this page and the policies above) | On any change in the law or our practices, and at least annually |
| External links | Quarterly broken-link and relevance check |
| Accessibility | On each significant release, and at least annually |
2.3 Dating. Every page shows the date it was last updated or reviewed. Statutory items show the date of the source notification where practical.
2.4 Corrections. When we find or are told about an error, we correct it as soon as practicable and, for statutory data, note the change on the page.
3. Content Archival Policy
3.1 Time-bound content (for example, due-date alerts, event notices, and articles about a specific financial year or a law that has been replaced) is moved to an archive section once it expires. It is clearly labelled "Archived: may be out of date".
3.2 Permanent content (such as service descriptions and policies) stays live and is reviewed as set out above.
3.3 Retention. Archived content stays available for Archive period, e.g. 3 years after expiry and is then removed, unless it still has reference value.
3.4 Legal pages. Earlier versions of our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use are kept for at least Legal page version retention, e.g. 8 years and are available on request from legal@shardhanconsultants.com.
4. Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval
4.1 Only authorised Shardhan staff publish content on the Website. Every page is checked by its content owner. Statutory and legal content is also approved by a partner before it goes live. The Website does not publish comments or other content from visitors.
5. Security and availability
5.1 The Website is served over HTTPS, is kept as a static site to reduce the attack surface, and is monitored for availability. Cyber-security incidents are handled under our incident response process, including reporting to CERT-In where required.
5.2 We aim to restore the Website within Target restoration time, e.g. 24 hours if it becomes unavailable.
6. Help and feedback
6.1 For help using the Website, content corrections or broken links, contact info@shardhanconsultants.com.
