Part A: Copyright Policy
1. Ownership
1.1 The content on shardhanconsultants.com (the "Website") is © Shardhan Corporate Consultants LLP ("Shardhan Consultants"), 2010–2026, unless stated otherwise. This includes text, articles, explainers, compliance calendars and their compilation, graphics, the logo, photographs, page design and code. It is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties. All rights reserved.
1.2 The names "Shardhan" and "Shardhan Consultants" and the Shardhan logo may not be used without our written permission.
2. What you may do without asking
2.1 You may reproduce our text content free of charge, in any format or medium, without asking us first, provided that:
- it is reproduced accurately and not used in a misleading or derogatory way, or in a way that suggests we endorse you;
- the source is acknowledged prominently, for example: "Source: Shardhan Corporate Consultants LLP, shardhanconsultants.com, [page title], accessed [date]", with a link to the page where possible;
- you reproduce only a reasonable extract (for example, a single article or a short part of a calendar), not the whole or a substantial part of the Website; and
- you note that the information was current only as at the date on our page, and our Disclaimer applies.
2.2 Personal and internal use in your organisation (viewing, printing, saving a copy) is always allowed, as set out in our Terms of Use.
3. What needs our written permission
3.1 You need our written permission to:
- use our logo, trade names, photographs, illustrations or design;
- republish content commercially, for example in paid publications, training material or software;
- reproduce a substantial part of the Website, or of any compiled calendar or dataset;
- copy or scrape content by automated means, including to train AI or machine-learning models; or
- translate and republish our content.

4. Third-party material
4.1 Permission to reproduce does not extend to material identified as belonging to a third party. This includes statutory text, government forms and notifications, stock images and fonts. Get permission from the owner, or check the owner's terms. Government material is subject to the terms of the issuing authority.
5. Reporting infringement
5.1 If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, please email legal@shardhanconsultants.com. Give details of the work, the page URL and your contact information. We will review your notice promptly and remove material where appropriate.
Part B: Hyperlinking Policy
6. Links to our Website from other websites
6.1 You do not need our permission to link to the Website, including to any specific page ("deep linking"). We would appreciate being told at info@shardhanconsultants.com so we can let you know if a page moves.
6.2 However, you must not:
- load our pages into frames on your website, or display them within another site's layout or branding. Our pages must open in a new, full browser window;
- link from a site that contains unlawful, defamatory, obscene or misleading content, or that promotes hatred or violence;
- present the link in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or sponsorship by Shardhan Consultants that does not exist; or
- use our logo as a link without our written permission.
6.3 We may ask you to remove a link that breaches this policy, and you must do so promptly.
7. Links from our Website to other websites
7.1 At many places the Website links to other websites and portals, including government sites (for example MCA, CBDT, CBIC, GSTN, RBI, SEBI, EPFO and ESIC), Google and WhatsApp. We provide these links for your convenience.
7.2 Shardhan Consultants is not responsible for the contents, accuracy or reliability of linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed in them. A link or a listing does not mean we endorse the site.
7.3 We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time. We have no control over the availability of linked pages.
7.4 Linked websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which apply once you leave our Website.
7.5 External links are marked with an icon and accessible text (for example, "opens an external website in a new tab") so that you know when you are leaving the Website.
7.6 We check external links periodically. Please report broken or inappropriate links to info@shardhanconsultants.com.
