Is the establishment registered under every applicable law: Shops & Establishments or OSH Code, PF, ESI, PT and LWF?

Have PF (ECR) and ESI contributions been paid by the 15th every month for the last 12 months?

Has payroll switched to the ₹25,000 EPF ceiling from 17 Sep 2026, and is the September 2026 split-month ECR ready?

Do salary structures pass the 50% Code-wages test for PF, ESI, gratuity and bonus?

Is PT deducted and deposited for each employee's work-location state, by that state's due date (Karnataka: 20th)?

Is LWF paid for every applicable state, including Karnataka for 10+ persons from 2026?

Is salary TDS deposited by the 7th, with Form 138 filed each quarter and Form 130 issued by 15 June?

Are wages paid by the 7th, and wage slips issued on or before pay day?

Are exit dues paid within 2 working days, and gratuity within 30 days?

Is a POSH Internal Committee constituted, within its 3-year term, displayed at the workplace, and filing annual reports?

Are contractors licensed where required, paying contract labour on time and filing half-yearly returns, and does the principal employer check this every month?

Are statutory registers up to date, and were annual returns (Form U, Form 20, unified Form XVII) filed on time?
